All orders are shipped using the speed and shipping option you selected at checkout.
Orders received before 12:00PM EST will ship out on the same day.
Orders received after 12:00PM EST will ship the next day.
If you have received confirmation that your order was shipped out then your order was shipped on the day you received the notification.
Please allow 24-48 business hours for USPS’s tracking system to update.
If you have any other questions regarding shipping, delays, or delivery errors please contact USPS directly as the package is no longer in our control.
Please note all orders placed over the weekend are shipped out on Monday as our offices are closed through the weekend, as well as USPS.
If your order hasn’t shipped and you would like to cancel your order you can do so at anytime before it ships by logging into your account and selecting the cancel button for the order in question.

First Class/Free Shipping: 3-5 business days
If your order shows as delivered, or was supposed to be delivered but wasn’t, please contact your local USPS as they may have delivered your package to the wrong address. They will be able to further assist you as this is a local post office issue. Your local post office will contact your local post person and find out where your package was supposedly delivered, retrieve it, and deliver it to you.
Your card may have been declined for not providing the correct billing address or zip code.
Your card was not charged multiple times.
You will see the charge as pending until your card issuing bank settles their statements.
This usually happens within 48-72 buisness hours. After this time the pending charge will be voided.
If you have any questions about these pending transactions and the time they take to be deleted from your account please contact your card issuing bank using the number provided on the back of your card.
Your order has not been successfully placed yet.
To place your order successfully please return to the cart and proceed with checking out.

At checkout please ensure you enter the correct billing information to ensure a successful transaction.
Your card may have been declined one or more times and was only successfully charged once.
All of the charges, weather declined or accepted, will show as pending on your statement until your card issuing bank settles the account.
This usually happens within 48-72 business hours.
Once the account is settled the declined transactions will be voided and returned to your account.
If you have any questions, concerns, or doubts about this you can always call your card issuing bank, using the phone number located on the back of the card you used to attempt this transaction, who will verify this information.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
